Since graduating from the Royal College of Music, Anthony has been in demand as an ensemble player and solo clarinettist.

He has performed clarinet concerti by Weber, Mozart and Finzi, and given recitals in venues across Britain. Click here to listen to extracts from a performance of the Mozart Clarinet Concerto.

2006 marks the birth of an exciting new period ensemble, Vent. Anthony has brought together some of the UK's best young instrumentalists to create an authentic wind octet, who will perform the Harmoniemusik of Mozart and his contemporaries throughout his 250th Anniversary year.

Anthony is also a member of the Chinook Clarinet Quartet, with whom he regularly performs throughout the UK in prestigious venues such as the Wigmore Hall, Purcell Room and the Bridgewater Hall. Chinook often perform works by Anthony and their diverse style is captured on the two CDs they have recorded. Click here to hear short extracts and read more about Chinook's repertoire.

As Leader of the British Clarinet Ensemble, Anthony has toured Europe, America and, in 2005, Japan. The ensemble have performed many of Anthony’s compositions, including their commission Towards the Wind. Other recent engagements include first clarinet with the Emerald Ensemble in a performance of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, with Wayne Marshall as soloist.
